Executive committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for implementing program goals of The A 11 Initiative. It consists of three members selected among the employees, with a two-year mandate. The Executive Committee appoints and dismisses the legal representative of the organization, makes financial decisions, and adopts decisions relevant to the Statute. It also performs other tasks important for the regular activities of the organization.

Danilo Ćurčić

Danilo’s duties include managing legal aid procedures, activities within advocacy and communication channels, monitoring and reporting on key activities and the development of new programmes, both internally and externally (in partnerships with other NGOs).

Milica Marinković

Milica is the current Executive and General Affairs coordinator of the organization. She is crucial in managing fundraising activities, as well as reporting on key project activities and policies.

Marko Vasiljević

Marko is the current Wellbeing coordinator of The A 11 Initiative, also the current chairman of the Board. His duties within the Executive committee include staff care – individual and group capacities and feedback, internal politics of conduct, as well as professional development. He is in charge of human resources and work safety measures.
