With the aim of effectively advancing the protection and promotion of the economic and social rights of marginalized citizens, the A 11 Initiative is building and strengthening a broad network of community paralegals originating from these communities. With the support of the A 11 Initiative’s legal team, they will work with the community to address the realization of rights in the field of social protection more quickly and efficiently, as well as to respond to cases of discrimination and other issues relevant to the fulfillment of economic and social rights.
This project activity is part of the A 11 Initiative’s mission to maintain a continuous presence in the field and directly collect data necessary for evidence-based advocacy on behalf of beneficiaries. The activity is also essential for the organization’s broader advocacy efforts and strategic litigation.
