Participation and partnership for social inclusion

This project aims to contribute to the promotion, protection, and full enjoyment of economic and social rights in Serbia, especially for the most marginalized individuals and groups, those that face the greatest challenges to social exclusion and child protection such as Roma, internally displaced persons, people experiencing homelessness, individuals living in informal settlements, beneficiaries of the social protection system as well as those excluded from it.

Main activities of this project are divided into four sets and they consist of:

  • Conducting strategic litigation cases related to social inclusion and child protection
  • Policy monitoring and advocacy through partnerships focused on issues of social inclusion and child protection
  • Educational programs for CSOs, activist groups, trade unions, public administration, and the judiciary
  • Community development through participatory mechanisms engaging the most marginalized communities, by conducting citizens’ assemblies, community-led monitoring of economic and social rights, and paralegals’ network
