Anđela Savić

Anđela Savić is a human rights defender who, through her work, tackled the issues of transitional justice, dealing with the past, peacebuilding, and conflict prevention. She gained programme and project experience by working with non-governmental organizations active at the national, regional, and global levels. She loves to research and write, and she is the author of several publications and articles that explored the 1990s wars, their legacy, and the current state of human rights. Her work also allowed her to gain experience in conducting trainings and workshops, organizing and moderating public events, and strengthening the capacities of civil society. She believes that a feminist perspective is essential for creating a better and more just society, and she joined A 11 Initiative in October 2023 because she wanted to actively contribute to the topics she learned about at the School of Economic and Social Rights.
