Senior Policy Advisor
Milica Marinković graduated at the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade, where she also completed the studies for LL.M. degree in the field of labour and social rights. She developed an interest for human rights during the studies, and in 2008 began to work on monitoring and reporting on human rights in Serbia. After completing her studies, she worked in the law office, and soon after that started working at the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, where she working on processing complaints and providing protection against discrimination for eight years. Milica Marinkovic has been working at the Initiative A11 since July 2018, as senior policy advisor. Her interests are protection against discrimination of vulnerable groups, providing legal assistance, as well as labor and social rights.
