Senior Policy Advisor
Marijana Mitrovic holds a PhD in Ethnology and Anthropology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, an MA in Gender Studies from the University of Utrecht and ISH in Ljubljana, and a BA in Ethnology and Anthropology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She is currently a PhD candidate in Sociology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, where she teaches as an adjunct lecturer at the Institute of European Ethnology. Her interests include issues of gender and labor, in particular affective labor, precarity, the informal economy, the devalorization of women’s work, discrimination against women at work, as well as the environmental crisis. She joined the A 11 in March 2020.
