Project coordinator
As part of her engagements in the civic sector Ema Stepanović has worked on different aspects of the position of marginalized social groups – Roma and other national minorities, people on the move, people experiencing homelessness… She finds regional cooperation and peacebuilding processes especially important. Ema has relevant experience in conducting trainings and mentoring processes. She is a member of several activists networks. Her engagement at Initiative A 11 started in November 2021.
